PAYMENTS:

MAPS is the handling all invoicing related to the MAPA-MAPS Australasia Medical Affairs Summit 2025. All credit card payments must be made at the time of registration.  MAPS accepts all major credit cards.

FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:

Full conference registrants will be permitted to attend all educational sessions, exhibits, and networking events. Conference badges must be shown at all conference events.

ONE DAY REGISTRATIONS:

One Day registrants will be permitted to attend the education sessions, exhibits, and networking events for that specific day.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:

Exhibitors can register personnel who will be manning the table top exhibit by contacting Jon Liong at jon.liong@lycheegroup.com.

MAPA / MAPS MEMBER RATE REGISTRATION:

All attendees who register at the member rate will have their membership status verified using the email address associated with their membership. If an attendee registers at the member rate but is not an active member, their registration will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

CONFIRMATION:

Email confirmation of your online registration will be sent immediately upon receipt. Please hold onto this confirmation for your records.

BADGES:

Badges will be available onsite starting Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at the registration area. 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION DEADLINE: September 5, 2025

Registration Cancellation Fee prior to Cancellation Deadline: $200 AUD

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the cancellation deadline of September 5, 2025, unless we are unable to host the meeting as planned.

Need to reassign your registration to a colleague? Registration substitutions are allowed at no charge. Please contact meetings@medicalaffairs.org. The last day to transfer your registration is September 19, 2025.

PHOTOS/VIDEO:

Photographs and video footage from on-site may be taken throughout the meeting. These may be used by the MAPA or MAPS, producers, sponsors for marketing and publicity.

DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 / AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT:

Event staff will be glad to assist you with any special needs (physical, dietary, etc). Please email jon.liong@lycheegroup.com prior to the event.
