MAPA Medical Excellence Awards and Summit Dinner

The MAPA Medical Excellence Awards and Summit Dinner is a prestigious evening dedicated to recognising and celebrating excellence, leadership, and meaningful impact in Medical Affairs across Australasia.
Bringing together senior medical leaders, innovators, and rising talent from across the region, the awards honour individuals and teams who are advancing scientific exchange, ethical practice, and patient outcomes. The evening provides a unique opportunity to acknowledge outstanding achievements, share best practice, and connect with peers in an inspiring waterfront setting at Sydney’s iconic Cockle Bay Wharf.
Separate registration is required (discounted pricing for MAPA Members & Summit attendees).
PAYMENTS:Â
MAPA is handling all invoicing related to the MAPA Medical Affairs Summit 2026. All credit card payments must be made at the time of registration.  MAPA accepts all major credit cards.Â
FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:Â
Full conference registrants will be permitted to attend all educational sessions, exhibits, and networking events. Conference badges must be shown at all conference events.Â
ONE DAY REGISTRATIONS
One Day registrants will be permitted to attend the education sessions, exhibits, and networking events for that specific day.Â
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Exhibitors can register personnel who will be manning the table top exhibit by contacting Jon Liong at jon.liong@lycheegroup.com.
MAPA MEMBER RATE REGISTRATION
All attendees who register at the member rate will have their membership status verified using the email address associated with their membership. If an attendee registers at the member rate but is not an active member, their registration will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.Â
CONFIRMATION
Email confirmation of your online registration will be sent immediately upon receipt. Please hold onto this confirmation for your records.Â
BADGE PICK-UP
Badges will be available onsite starting Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at the registration area. Â
BADGE POLICY
We know you'd love to share the experience — but registrations and badges are strictly non-transferable. Each badge is personal to the registered attendee and must not be swapped, shared, or passed on. Anyone found wearing another attendee's badge may be asked to leave the event.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION DEADLINE: August 19, 2026
Registration Cancellation Fee prior to Cancellation Deadline: $200 AUDÂ
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the cancellation deadline of August 19, 2026, unless we are unable to host the meeting as planned.Â
Need to reassign your registration to a colleague?  Registration substitutions are allowed at no charge.  Please contact jon.liong@lycheegroup.com. The last day to transfer your registration is August 28, 2026.Â
PHOTOS/VIDEO
Photographs and video footage from on-site may be taken throughout the meeting. These may be used by the MAPA, producers, sponsors for marketing and publicity.
