Poster Abstracts

POSTER ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION

Submission deadline: Friday, Nov. 20, 2026.

Late breaking abstract submissions* will be accepted from Nov. 21- Dec. 15, 2026.

Abstracts are automatically accepted in the order received up to 130 submissions. You will receive an email confirming your successful abstract submission. Everyone who submits an abstract (either deadline) will present a poster.

Maximum poster size: 43" wide x 43" high (109 x 109 cm)

• abstracts submitted by Nov. 20 are also eligible for short talk selection; authors selected will be contacted in Dec. 2026.

• *abstracts submitted between Nov. 21-Dec. 15 are NOT eligible for a short talk.

• All posters are displayed until Jan. 26 at 11 pm; plan to remove your poster then. (The poster room is cleaned out early on Jan. 27 and we cannot guarantee your poster can be retrieved that morning).

• Submitters will be assigned to 1 of the 2 poster sessions; during your assigned session, please stand by your poster to answer questions and interact with attendees and judges.
