AMC MSI Day 2026

Welcome to AMC MSI Day 2026!

Medical Student Investigation Day (MSI Day) is designed to promote ongoing learning and the sharing of scholarly work. It is a key component of Albany Medical College’s graduation learning objectives and meets LCME standards for medical education. The event offers an enjoyable space for discussion and interaction among students, faculty, and guests about the diverse investigative projects students have pursued — including research, community service, healthcare management, bioethics, service learning, advocacy, nutrition, and many other scholarly activities. MSI Day also serves as a foundational experience for students pursuing future MD with Distinction pathways.

Any student who wishes to present a poster is invited to prepare and submit an abstract.  Please note that students may submit a maximum of two abstracts.  In addition, case reports and posters that have been previously presented are not eligible for submission.

The Medical Student Investigation Day for 2026 will take place on September 30, 2026. The deadline to submit abstracts is August 31, 2026 by 11:59M.
