Welcome to MURC 2025

This website is where you will register your information and submit your abstract! To participate in MURC 2025, you must register and submit your abstract prior to January 12 at 11:59pm. Follow the instructions below to successfully register and submit your abstract, for any questions or concerns reach out to undergraduate.research@ubc.ca

Register for the Event
1. Click the Registration button.
2. Enter your details
Submit Your Abstract
1. Once registered, click the Submission button
2. Enter the details of your presentation and research supervisor
  1. If in a group, add group members under the "Presenter(s)" question
  2. If in a group, make sure only one member submits.
3. Upload and submit your abstract.
Presenting Multiple Topics
1. If you wish to present on two topics, register for the event once and submit both presentations.
Feedback Availability
1. Abstract feedback will be available in February. Return here to review your feedback!
