NACW 2026 is taking place on Chief Drygeese territory, traditional land of the Yellowknives Dene First Nation, and traditional territories of the Tłı̨chǫ Peoples and North Slave Métis. We thank them for being the caretakers of this beautiful and rich land, and are grateful to all First Nations, Métis, and Inuit for their shared knowledge and ongoing stewardship of caribou in the Northwest Territories and beyond.
