NACW is held every 2-3 years in various locations across North America, and was most recently held in Anchorage, Alaska where it attracted over 500 delegates from across North America and beyond. At the 2026 conference, we expect more than 300 delegates, and thanks to the support of sponsors like you, NACW will be able to host an informative conference with guest and keynote speakers, symposia and workshops, and social events that provide delegates with opportunities to network and discuss and share knowledge on issues affecting caribou in North America.
The organizing committee is committed to providing an authentically NWT experience to delegates and will aim to make every part of the 20th NACW unique on the conference landscape. In addition to placement of logos on the conference website, program, and signage, sponsors will also have the opportunity to attach their sponsorships to specific event components, giveaways, and entertainment. The sponsorship value associated with each conference component is based on the cost and value of the item. We are happy to accommodate special requests wherever possible and can help you to determine how best to maximize the value of your contribution. All sponsorships include a generous and sincere effort to highlight your brand, with proportionate recognition based on sponsorship value.

Event Partner level sponsors receive:

- 5 complimentary delegate passes

Gold level sponsors receive:

Become a Vendor
We are opening limited vendor spaces at The Explorer Hotel outside of the conference rooms for $1000 each plus GST. In addition to a 10’ x 10’ booth space, vendors will be given one delegate pass and logo placement on the NACW website and program. Vendor spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. There will also be an information exchange next to the registration desk for pamphlets and other items to be left at no cost.
