Accommodation

A block of guest rooms has been reserved at a discounted group rate of $194CAD/night, plus applicable taxes, for a single/double occupancy guest room at the Crowne Plaza Toronto - North York by IHG, located at 900 York Mills Rd, North York, ON M3B 3H2.

The hotel cut-off date to book guest rooms is June 18, 2026, contingent upon remaining room availability. Please book early to guarantee accommodation. (Note that speaker rooms have already been reserved.)

Guests should refer to “Neurogenesis & Repair” to receive the group rate.

To reserve a room, please use one of the following options:

1. Calling the Hotel directly at 416-444-2511

• The Hotel’s in-house Reservation Team will be at your service.  If they are unable to respond due to volume of calls, your Attendees will automatically be forwarded to the IHG Central Reservation number to complete the reservation.

• Central Reservation has the same information as we do at the hotel level 

2. Email the hotel directly at: reservations@cptonorthyork.com (preferred method)

3. Reservation link: use this link or the QR code below to reserve a room (cut-off date of June 18, 2026)

After the cutoff date of June 18, 2026, the reservations links will stop working. From that point, reservations can be made based on availability at that time by either email or phone call.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card, payment upon reservation.

Reservations may be cancelled up to one week prior to the arrival date without penalty. If the reservation is cancelled within one week of the arrival date, the hotel will charge the full amount.

Delegates sharing a two-bed room should confirm at check-in that they will each be charged 50% of the room cost plus taxes. If delegates wish to share a room but do not have a roommate, please contact kirsten.fleming@sri.utoronto.ca before booking.
