When is the OHBM Annual Meeting?
OHBM 2023 will take place in Montréal, Canada from July 22 - July 26, 2023, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.

Will Educational Courses be offered in 2023?
Yes, both full-day and half-day Educational Courses will take place on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Registration for Educational Courses is separate from Annual Meeting registration.

When can I register for the Annual Meeting?
Registration for OHBM 2023 Annual Meeting will launch March 1, 2023, and will remain open through the end of the Annual Meeting, July 26, 2023. All attendees must register online. Please contact info@humanbrainmapping.org if you require assistance.

When can I register for Educational Courses?
Registration for the OHBM 2023 Educational Courses will launch March 15, 2023, along with the Annual Meeting registration and will remain open through July 22, 2023. All attendees must register online. Registration for Educational Courses is an additional add-on. Please contact info@humanbrainmapping.org if you require assistance.

How do I process payment for registration?
Payment by credit card online is the fastest and easiest way to register. If you wish to pay with a wire or check, please contact info@humanbrainmapping.org to request an OHBM invoice.

Is separate registration required for Educational Courses?
Yes, Educational Course registration is separate from the Annual Meeting registration. Attendees may register for either Educational Courses, Annual Meeting, or both events. Note that Educational Courses are being offered live/in-person only this year.

Who is considered a Student Member?
A student member is a full-time student working towards a graduate degree (MS, PhD, or MD degree) or an individual who is no more than four years out after completing such a degree.

Who qualifies for Developing Country Reduced Registration and how does one apply?
OHBM provides an opportunity for current members who reside and work in countries ranking low on the UNESCO Institute of Statistics and World Bank List of Low and Lower-Middle Income Countries (based on gross national income per capita) to apply for reduced registration rates (a 50% discount on the Annual Meeting registration fees) for the OHBM Annual Meeting. Will OHBM require proof of vaccination at the 2023 Annual Meeting?
Following local guidelines, OHBM does not plan to require proof of vaccination at the 2023 Annual Meeting. Should local guidelines change, OHBM will shift its policy in tandem.

Will masks be required at the 2023 Annual Meeting?
Masks are strongly encouraged at the 2023 Annual Meeting, but following local guidelines, they will not be mandatory. Should local guidelines change, OHBM will shift its policy in tandem. Masks will be available onsite.

Will meals be provided at OHBM 2023 Annual Meeting?
Generally speaking, meals are not provided at the OHBM Annual Meeting. Food will be provided for purchase throughout the Palais des congrès de Montréal.

Will I need a VISA to attend the meeting live in Montréal, Canada?
Most people need a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to travel to Canada - not both. Some people may only need their valid passport. Answer a few simple questions on this webpage to find out what documents you will need.
