The preconference workshops and networking luncheon will be held in-person on November 4th, 2026 at the Toronto Don Valley Hotel & Suites located at 175 Wynford Dr, North York, ON M3C 1J3
Attendees have the option to lodge at the Toronto Don Valley Hotel & Suites or select from nearby accommodation choices.
The Virtual Conference will be hosted online with Fourwaves on November 5th & November 6th.
Toronto Don Valley Hotel & Suites has both surface and heated underground parking available on site.
Join us for a dynamic three day conference experience!
The first day we will have our preconference workshops which will be held in person, offering valuable networking and interactive sessions. This will be followed by two days of virtual programming powered by FourWaves, where you'll be able to engage with speakers, attend sessions, and participate from anywhere.
Preconference Workshops (in-person+recordings) + Virtual Conference (live+recordings) Registration:
Access to three in-person preconference workshops on November 4, 2026 (with recordings available approximately three weeks after the event)
Opportunities to connect with exhibitors and explore the latest resources and services
A chance to meet members of the Ontario Psychological Association Board
Networking opportunities with colleagues during the luncheon
Complimentary light breakfast, refreshment breaks, and luncheon during the in-person preconference day
Two days of live-streamed virtual conference sessions on November 5-6, 2026
On-demand access to virtual conference recordings (available the week following the conference)
CPD credits
Access to session slides (where approved and provided by presenters)

Attendees may request a refund for conference registration fees if the request is submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the start date of the conference. Cancellation requests received after this timeframe, will not be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, attendees must send a written request via email to Jamie Murray at jamie@psych.on.ca.
Please note that there will be a $50 administration fee.
The slides and handouts will be posted under the Schedule tab of the website the week of the conference. (if approved and provided by presenters)
Recordings from the virtual conference (November 5th & 6th, 2026) will be made available on the Schedule tab the week following the conference.
Recordings will from the Preconference (November 4th, 2026) will be made available 3 weeks post-event.
