TOSI Open Science in Action Symposium 2026
The Tanenbaum Open Science Institute (TOSI) Welcomes You to the 8th Open Science in Action Symposium
Neuroinformatics for Open Science: From Data Governance to Translational Discovery
TOSI's Open Science in Action symposium will explore how neuroinformatics and other data-intensive approaches are transforming the research landscape. Topics will range from FAIR data management, governance frameworks, and secure data sharing to reproducible analytical workflows and open-source research tools. Through examples from neuroscience, genomics, and biomedical research, speakers will highlight practical solutions that enable data reuse, collaboration, and transparency while safeguarding sensitive information.
National and International Partners
This year’s Open Science in Action Symposium program has been developed by TOSI in collaboration with our partners at the Paris Brain Institute, the Pasteur Institute, and members of the TOSI Alliance, representing Open Science neuroscience institutions across Canada and around the world. The symposium aims to foster collaboration by providing a forum for participants to exchange experiences, share knowledge, and identify opportunities to work together.
Save the Date!
The Open Science in Action Symposium offers an excellent opportunity to network with and learn from members of the national and international Open Science community. We hope you will join us for this engaging day of discussion, collaboration, and discovery.
