This event brings together researchers, policymakers, patients, caregivers, presenters, and partners interested in patient-oriented research across Ontario.

There is no cost to attend OSSU Research Day 2026.

OSSU Research Day 2026 offers both in-person and virtual attendance options. Participants can select their preferred format during registration.

The program will be available on the event website and updated as details are confirmed.

A hotel room block is available for in-person attendees. Details and the booking link are available on the Accommodation page. Please note the booking deadline of August 24, 2026.

Yes, light breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided for in-person participants.

Registration and breakfast will begin at 8:00 am, and the program will start at 8:30 am. We encourage in-person attendees to arrive early to allow time for check-in.

Virtual attendees will receive a personalized access link and instructions by email approximately 48 hours prior to the event.

Confirmation emails are sent from organizer@fourwaves.com and may occasionally be filtered to your junk or spam folder. Please check those folders and add organizer@fourwaves.com to your safe senders list.

Yes, substitutions are permitted. Please notify the event organizers in advance so we can update the registration details.
