ACCOMMODATIONS

The room block at the Four Seasons is now SOLD OUT. DO NOT book a room at the Four Seasons directly or you will be responsible for the costs.

Please consider the following alternative hotels:

Marriott Waterfront (closest to the Four Seasons)
Courtyard - about 1.5 blocks
Hyatt Place - about 2-3 blocks
Hilton Garden Inn - about 2-3 blocks

NOTE: If you are eligible for travel reimbursement (speakers, advisor and funded investigator (plus their guests)), you will need to book your room and then submit for reimbursement after the meeting. Do not book a room directly at the Four Seasons, you will not be able to submit for reimbursement if you book outside the room block

TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

If you are eligible for travel reimbursement (speakers, advisor and funded investigator (plus guests) you will need to adhere to the following reimbursement policy. If you are eligible for reimbursement, your hotel room will be covered. Please review this policy before making your travel arrangements. Please contact sconnel6@jh.edu if you have any questions.

Information on how to submit for travel reimbursement will be emailed out after the meeting's conclusion.

GETTING TO BALTIMORE/FOUR SEASONS

Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore is accessible from several major airports, allowing you to begin your Baltimore experience with ease. The hotel is approximately 20 to 30 minutes by car from Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI), one to two hours from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Washington, DC (DCA) and one to two hours from Dulles International Airport in Virginia (IAD).

If traveling by train, Penn Station (Baltimore) is 15 minutes from the hotel via taxi/Uber.

The hotel does have on-site parking available.
