Deadline to submit posters is Friday, February 7, 2025.

Acceptance notifications are completed as posters are reviewed and all submitters will be notified prior to Friday, February 21, 2025.

All poster presenters are required to be present at their posters in the virtual poster hall from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Eastern Time after the main conference concludes.

Your must submit a brief abstract of 250 words or less that follows the key elements of the poster scoring rubrics. The abstract will be included in the virtual program booklet. We also require that you submit the completed poster at the time of submission as we evaluate completed posters, not abstracts.

Please submit your poster before registering for the conference.

Poster presenters must register for the conference in order for their poster to be displayed during the conference.

Poster presenters not employed by Penn Medicine will receive a discount code in their poster submission confirmation to use at the time of registration.

Posters will be presented in a virtual poster hall that allows interaction between poster presenters and conference attendees following the main session of the conference. Poster presenters are expected to be available for questions during the virtual poster hall.

If you are submitting on behalf of a presenter, please make sure you enter their name as the person presenting the poster at the conference on the submission form.
