Cancellation requests received before or on March 1, 2024 will be provided a refund, minus 30$ administrative fees.
Cancellation requests received after March 1, 2024 won't be provided a refund at all.

Transfer Policy

Registration transfer requests can be sent by email to the following email address: severine.chambeyron@igh.cnrs.fr
Registration transfer requests received before or on March 1, 2024 will be processed. An administrative fee of $30 will be charged to the new registrant.
Registration transfer requests received after March 1, 2024 won't be provided a refund at all.

Pictures/Videos Policy

By participating in the piRNAs and PIWI meeting, you understand that you may appear in the photos and videos that will be taken in any event spaces.

Those could be used for:

· Promotion
· Education
· Marketing
· Advertising
· Archives

Protection of Personal Data Policy

The information collected during your registration will be processed by the services/persons in charge of organizing the conference.
Personal data are collected and processed within the framework of this organization.
No data transfers outside the European Union are carried out.
As part of your registration, your data will be kept for a period of 1 month after the conference.
Surname/first names/emails can be kept for the management of mailing lists.

You have the following rights for the use of your data:

· the right of opposition: you can at any time oppose the processing of your data and have the right to withdraw your consent
· the right of access and rectification of your data
· the right to delete
· the right to restricted use when your data is no longer necessary or useful
· the right to portability: communicate your data to the person of your choice.
