ABSTRACT REQUIREMENTS

Abstracts presenting original, conference-related research are eligible for submission. An individual may only submit one (1) abstract (although they may be an author on multiple abstracts). Abstracts will be selected for in-person, poster-format presentations at the conference based on their relevance to the conference theme,* scientific rigor, and clarity. Submitters will be notified of whether their abstract is accepted for presentation by February 20^th, 2026.

Previously presented abstracts and abstracts planned for presentation elsewhere (e.g., the World Parkinson Congress [WPC]) are eligible for submission. Publication of accepted abstracts is planned in the Journal of Parkinson's Disease to coincide with presentation at the conference, if they 1) were not previously published, and 2) are not planned for publication (e.g., as a WPC abstract) prior to June 2026.

*PD/DLB prevention trial design science including but not limited to genetic and prodromal determinants of risk, (digital, fluid, and imaging) biomarkers of early disease staging and progression, at-risk advocacy, ethics, and regulatory science).

POSTER SESSION TERMS

Accepted abstracts must be presented in-person.

Poster authors must staff their posters during their assigned presentation time(s).

Guidelines for poster preparation will be provided upon abstract acceptance.

Each abstract submitter should plan to be the poster presenter during the conference, and is limited to one (1) abstract submission. An individual may be a non-presenting author on multiple abstracts.
