Objectives
The meeting is designed for all scientists, students, professionals, and organizations with an interest in extracellular vesicles (EV)- based research in Quebec. Here are the main goals:
To support and bring together the Quebec and regional EV research community.
To create a platform for networking, collaboration, and sharing exciting EV research being conducted.
Registration
Deadline: Monday, October 28, 2024 at 11:59 pm
All attendees must register.
Every presenter is required to register before submitting an abstract.
Submission - Abstract
Deadline: Friday, October 18, 2024 at 11:59pm
NOTE: DEADLINE EXTENDED TO OCTOBER 25th
All presenters need to submit an abstract and select whether they would like to be considered for a poster, an oral presentation, or either.
The committee will inform presenters of the type of presentation they are assigned by Wednesday October 30, 2024.
Abstract requirements:
300 words
To be submitted in English only
Poster and oral presentations
Oral Presentations
We ask that the presenters prepare an 10-minute PowerPoint presentation.
Each presentation will be followed by a 5-minute question period.
We ask that each selected presenter provide their PowerPoint presentation via email to nadim.tawil@mail.mcgill.ca and anthoula.lazaris@mail.mcgill.ca by November 8, 2024 at 11:59pm.
Poster Presentations
Presenters will be able to put up their poster on the boards available in the Livingston Hall starting at 8:00am on November 11, 2024.
We ask that the presenters attend to their posters during the poster session to present and answer questions.
We ask that the presenters prepare a 5-minute presentation.
