RiboWest 2026 Accommodation
We have reserved a limited number of single, double, and studio rooms in residence on campus for RiboWest participants. You must book your own room through UBC Okanagan Conference Services using the link below or by calling 1-888-318-8666. There are also 2 hotels within a 15 minute walk from campus (see below for information). For those staying on campus, complementary parking is provided. Please follow the instructions provided by UBC Okanagan Conference Services to avoid any penalties.

Directions
Driving directions to UBCO: 20 minutes north of Kelowna on Hwy 97 across from the airport (YLW). Campus map
Parking
Short-term parking on campus is complimentary. You must register your license plate at check-in. You can park in Lots F, G or R.
Long-term monthly parking on campus can be purchased through HONK app or website. You can park in Lots F, G or R.
Parking is not permitted in reserved stalls or designated handicapped parking stalls (unless permit is shown).

EV Charging
We have eight EV charging stations - two in Lot F and six in Lot G (Charger ID: BCT1-BCT4). There’s no charge to use the charging stations, but they do have a max charging time of three hours.
Fourpoints by Sheraton
The Fourpoints by Sheraton is across the highway from the airport. There is a shuttle from the airport. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to the University.
