2026 RQR Symposium

Hotel Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Midtown
October 19-21, 2026

Code of conduct

All RQR members and RQR's invited speakers should be conscious of their surroundings. They are expected to be respectful in their speech and actions, and to avoid humiliating, discriminatory, or harassing conduct/communication.

1. Report

Any victim of harassment is encouraged to immediately inform the alleged harasser that his or her behavior is unwelcome. If the person is unaware that their behavior is inappropriate, simply informing them may be enough to prevent it from happening again. If discussion is not possible or does not resolve the problem, the person is encouraged to refer the matter to the meeting organizers.

 2. Sanctions

Occasionally, a member's behavior may warrant sanction by the RQR Executive Committee (EC). The RQR EC may suspend or exclude a member for a period of time.

Note 1: This code of conduct is partly inspired by that of the American Society Of Andrology (ASA).

Note 2: The RQR prohibits intolerable behavior (consult the RQR's resources here: https://rqr-repro.org/en/diversity-committee/).
