We are excited to announce the Call for Abstracts for Silvilaser 2025, an international gathering of researchers, professionals, and industry leaders in laser scanning and related technologies for assessing and managing forest ecosystems.

The 20th edition of Silvilaser will take place from September 29 to October 3, 2025, in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, offering a vibrant platform to present innovative research, foster collaborations, and explore new directions.

We invite you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations to showcase your work for the opportunity to reach a diverse audience of over 300 international attendees, including experts from academia, government, and industry.

Key Dates to Remember:

• Call for Abstracts Opens: Monday November 18, 2024

• Abstract Submission Deadline: Friday, February 28, 2025

• Notification of Acceptance: May, 2025

• Presenter Confirmation Deadline: June, 2025

Submission Guidelines:
Authors should submit an abstract of no more than 300 words, outlining the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of their research. During submission, you may indicate your preference for an oral or poster presentation. Submissions will be peer-reviewed, and selections will be based on quality, originality, and relevance to the conference themes.
