Silvilaser 2025

The 20th edition of Silvilaser will take place from September 29 to October 3, 2025, in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, offering a vibrant platform to present innovative research, foster collaborations, and explore new directions.

Key Dates to Remember:

• Early bird registration: May 1 - June 15, 2025 - extended until July 1st!

• Regular registration: July 2, 2025 onwards

Registration information:

• Students (MSc & PhD only): $650 early bird / $750 regular

• Standard (Including Postdoctoral Fellows): $950 early bird / $1,150 regular

Please note that prices are in CAD and before applicable taxes. The cost of additional activities will appear in your cart during the check out process and you will have a chance to review everything before submitting payment. Please note that only payment by credit card is accepted. We unfortunately cannot accept bank wire transfers. Refunds are not possible after August 15th, 2025.

Invitation letters for visa applications: If your abstract has been accepted for a presentation and/or you require an official invitation letter for participation from the Université Laval for visa application purposes, please complete this form and your letter will be emailed to you within one week.
