CME Credit Information

Participants who attend the Scientific Session of the American College of AI and Medicine (ACAIM) and complete the required evaluation process will be eligible to receive CME credit based on the number of sessions attended.

How to Claim Your CME Credit

Attend the accredited sessions for which you wish to claim credit.
Complete the online CME evaluation form, which will be provided at the conclusion of the conference. A link to the evaluation will also be emailed to all registered attendees.
Participants will be required to complete the ISMS CME Credit Request Form that they will receive after the activity with the evaluation.

Important Notes

Credit must be claimed commensurate with the extent of participation in the activity.
All CME certificates are issued electronically; no paper certificates will be mailed.

By showcasing peer-reviewed AI studies from the last 18 months, participants will learn how to critically evaluate emerging tools and integrate them into everyday practice.
• Focused sessions on bias and governance will improve competence in risk assessment and reduce disparities in care.
• Interactive panels, case discussions, and Q&A are planned to encourage performance improvements in documentation, patient safety, and team-based approaches.

Learning Objectives:
1. Recognize newly published AI studies across multiple medical specialties and assess the quality of evidence supporting each tool.
2. Identify potential algorithmic biases and develop strategies to mitigate them in clinical settings.
3. Implement AI solutions in day-to-day practice to improve efficiency, reduce burnout, and enhance patient outcomes.
4. Evaluate governance frameworks and safety standards relevant to AI integration and apply them to ensure ethical and effective deployment.

The Illinois State Medical Society designates this live activity for a maximum of 14 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit^TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
