Call for Abstracts - 23rd Edition of the Symposium

We invite researchers, students, and professionals to present either an oral communication or a poster. Whether it involves the presentation of a new clinical tool, a master’s or doctoral research project, or an initiative based on recent research directions, we encourage you to share your knowledge with the community at this event.

Submission deadline: December 1, 2025

Please submit your abstract via the “Submission” tab.

Please note that this year’s event will be held at the University of Montreal. We are also currently in discussions with our partners to offer this event free of charge, exceptionally this year.

Kindly take note of the following information:

  • Abstract Review: All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

  • Acceptance or Rejection Notices: Decisions will be communicated in December 2025. If an abstract is not accepted in the format submitted (e.g., oral presentation), an alternative format may be proposed (e.g., poster).

  • Symposium Registration: All presenters must register for the event.

  • Event Date: February 3, 2026

  • Keynote Speaker: Dr. Gordon Legge, Ph.D., will deliver the opening lecture.

We look forward to welcoming you to the 23rd edition of the Symposium!
