TLRS Research Day builds on the success of the Virtual Doctoral Poster Research Day and provides the Texas Leadership Research Scholars with another opportunity to share their research with faculty, staff, students, and guests in a virtual environment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Participants will need a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet, a microphone and a camera. Scholars are encouraged to test audio and video access during the platform open period before presentations begin.
Yes. Changes may be made to registrations and submissions as needed; however, poster submissions can only be submitted once. Participants should contact the Fourwaves event coordinator as soon as possible if updates or corrections are required.
Yes, you can upload an audio file or upload the audio as Slides (a PowerPoint .ppt or .pptx). PowerPoint can embed audio, but it will make the file bigger. The Slides field accepts up to 100 MB.
Each presenter is allotted a 15‑minute time slot, which includes the presentation and a brief live Q&A with judges and attendees.
