It is now time to submit an abstract for the scientific poster session that will be presented during the conference. All details are available HERE or under the “Submission” tab.

PROGRAM

The detailed program for the event is available HERE or under the "Program" tab.

Simultaneous traduction of the presentations will be provided (from English to French and from French to English).
*Except for the simulation sessions, which will be offered in French only (during parallel sessions).

Registration will open on May 13, 2026.

Please note that the conference will be offered in person only.

Residents or students | 500$

Fees effective September 1, 2026
Physicians | 1000$
Healthcare professionals | 600$
Residents or students | 600$

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation of your registration, the following fees will be retained or required:

• Cancellation up to August 31, 2026: 15% of the registration fee

• Cancellation as of September 1, 2026: 50% of the registration fee

No refunds will be issued during or after the event.
