UGN Foundation

Uche Godwin Nzuko Foundation, aka UGN Foundation, is a non-governmental organization formed as an off shoot of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of UGN Consulting Services, towards nation building, national redemption, and transformation of Nigeria - its people, system, and governance - through ethics and values trainings, awareness videos, and conferences. UGN Foundation was founded in June 2023 by Obichukwu Nwazota and Tochukwu Nwazota, to greatly enhance, widen the scope, and make for greater reach and effectiveness of these CSR initiatives of UGN Consulting Services, given the enormous national and global need identified.

The foundation is named in honor of the legacy of the parents of the founder, Late Prof. Uche Godwin Nzuko Anazodo, and Mrs. Ifeyinwa U. U. Anazodo.

The mission of the foundation is to engender nation building, transformation and sustainable development through ethics and values education, reorientation, and social engagements, promotion of democratic principles, values and systems, promotion of public health initiatives, and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) strategy development, for citizen development, good governance, socio-economic prosperity, and sustainability of nations.
