Registration Information

Registration is now open. Early bird rates are available until August 7, 2026.

Workshop registration includes access to all presentations, breakouts, refreshment breaks, and lunches.

This workshop will support hybrid participation for the first day only for presentation-style sessions. Break-outs and Workshop sessions will be for in-person participants only. Please consider joining us in-person for the full workshop experience.

Rates

Standard Workshop Registration: $200 ($400 after August 7)

Students, ECOPs, Retirees, Indigenous: $100 ($200 after August 7)

Virtual: $100 ($200 after August 7)

Prices are subject to a 13% Ontario GST/HST, and a 3% service fee if paying by credit card. Other payment options available.

Definitions

• Students: Individuals currently enrolled in a recognized educational institution who are pursuing a degree, diploma, or other formal program of study. Proof of Student ID required upon check-in.

• ECOPs: Early Career Ocean Professionals who self-identify as being within the early stages of their oceans career (10 years or less).

• Retirees: Retired Ocean scientists, researchers, or industry professionals.

• Indigenous: Individuals who identify as members of Indigenous communities, with a connection to their distinct cultures, traditions, and ancestral lands.
