Artificial Intelligence is rapidly changing how we understand user needs, but moving past the hype and into actual practice can be challenging. If you’ve been looking for practical, real-world ways to integrate AI into your workflow without losing the human-centered focus of your craft, this session is for you.

Join UXPA Boston and Susan Mercer of Perspecta Consulting for an immersive, interactive online workshop dedicated to exploring the tangible applications of AI in design research.

This is not a passive lecture. There will be no long slide decks or high-level theories. Instead, this is an active, collaborative lab environment where you will roll up your sleeves, dig into real exercises, and practice using these tools live alongside your peers.
