Posters Dimensions 

• Landscape at 48 x 36 inches or 121.9 x 91.4 cm 

• For digital copies, we request 1920 x 1080 px (16:9) 

Oral Presentations 

If you are preparing a PowerPoint presentation, please honor the following requirements.  

Time Allocation: 12-minute talk with 3 minutes for questions 

Accessibility: We kindly request the speakers using PowerPoint enable automated subtitles. To do this (image below):  

• Click the “Slide Show” tab on the PowerPoint Ribbon 

• Select the “Always Use Subtitles” check box to turn on subtitles (shown in red below). 

We will include a portal to upload posters and presentation soon.
