Room type:

1. Adjoining Single (Purcell residence): consisting of two single rooms connected by a shared bathroom. Each unit in this room type will have its own key and independent entrance. Yes: single bed, desk, dresser, AC, shared washroom with a shower, wifi. No: TV, fridge, hair dryer and other amenities.

2. Monashee Studio (limited availability): Yes: queen bed, small dining table with 2 chairs, kitchen, fridge, desk, dresser, private washroom, AC, wifi. No: TV, hair dryer.

The Adjoining Single and Monashee Studio are located in different buildings on campus. TV and fridge are in the common lounges. Hair dryers and irons can be borrowed at the front desk in Nechako building (open 24/7).

Poster Presentation Guidelines

The suggested poster size is 48 inches (1.21 m) in height by 40 inches (1.01 m) in width. Please strictly adhere to the width limit to avoid overlapping with the other poster, although there is some flexibility with the height (the poster board measures 48 inches in height, but there is some extra room below).
