Registration desk will be open. All presenters will receive their lunch coupons at registration. Oral Presenters: Please load your slides onto the main auditorium computer. Please arrive with your presentation on a USB key if you did not send to the organizing committee in advance. Poster Presenters: Please mount your posters in the atrium. Pushpins and sticky tack will be provided.

8 minute oral presentations + 2 minutes Q&A

Lunch provided for all presenters and 1 member of their research team. Posters open to the public.

Poster group presentations. Each poster group will go through all the posters in their group. During the poster session, each presenter will have 8 minutes to present their poster followed by a 2 minute Q&A period. You are encouraged to review the abstracts in your poster group and prepare questions in advance. A moderator will be assigned to your poster group to help keep time and moderate the discussion.
