2025 USASP Call for Committee Volunteers
2025 USASP Committee Submission Form
Please use this portal to submit your interest in volunteering for one of USASP’s committees.
You are welcome to apply to more than one committee. While the Committee on Committees will assign each selected individual to a single committee, submitting multiple applications can help us ensure diverse perspectives and broad representation across USASP’s work. You may also be contacted about other volunteer opportunities that align with your interests and expertise.

Committee members serve a 3-year term, with the option to reapply at the end of their service.
If selected, your term will run from August 1, 2025, to August 1, 2028.
Student Involvement:
Trainees, including students, are encouraged to apply. Trainees serve a 1-year term with the option to opt out after the first year.
Annual Rotation:
To ensure broad participation and access to leadership opportunities, one-third of all committee seats rotate each year.
Committees should meet at least twice a year to discuss projects. One of these meetings can be during the Annual Scientific Meeting.
Additional meetings may be called upon by the Chair or co-chair of the committee as needed to work on projects.
Submit (1) a statement of interest (1-page max) and (2) your CV or Biosketch by clicking the "Apply Here" tab above.
We ask that you submit one application per committee.
Deadline: July 1 at 11:59 PM EASTERN
The Committee on Committees will review the applications and you will be notified by August 1 of your status.
