The Quebec Pain Research Network cordially invites you to the Inaugural Montreal Conference on Pain Circuits. This gathering will take place at the IRCM (Clinical Research Institute of Montreal) located in downtown Montreal, and will be a unique opportunity to discuss the most recent advances in our understanding of nociceptive neuronal circuit function. The conference will be held on August 2-3, 2019, beginning in the morning of August 2, and ending in the evening of August 3.

Please register by going to the "Registration" tab in the Menu, and submit an abstract in the "Submission" tab.

The list of confirmed speakers and their talk titles will be available soon.

Discounted hotel rates are listed under the “Housing” tab. We STRONGLY suggest making hotel reservations as soon as possible since an important Montreal music festival is schedule to take place concurrently with the conference.

Because of auditorium setaing restrictions, only trainees providing an abstract will be admitted to the conference. Please submit your abstract in the appropriate section. Abstracts will be presented in poster form, but some trainees will be invited to give a short oral presentation, and may be offered free accommodations.

Continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, a wine and cheese network event (Friday evening) and a gala dinner (Saturday evening) will be provided free of cost for all participants. A list of suggested restaurants is also provided under the “Restaurants” tab.

Montreal is an exciting city with a lot of touristic charm. Please consult the “What to do in Montreal” tab for suggestions if you would like to extend your stay.
