Registration for the Symposium includes:

· access to scientific conferences;

· lunches;

· coffee breaks;

· a personalized name tag;

· the poster session and cocktail dinners for an eco-fee of $5 per day (please check the box to have access)

· a certificate of attendance given to participants.

· Note that an accreditation application is currently in progress so that professional development hours are officially recognized by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (see the Accreditation page in the Registration tab).
