COVID-19 Mitigation Efforts
Organizing a safe event is a challenge with respect to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team made COVID-19 safety and mitigation a priority.
Physical distancing: The large venue will allow plenty of space for all participants.
Sanitation: We will provide hand sanitizer and face masks, so that attendees can sanitize their hands and refresh their masks frequently. Speaker podium and microphones will be sanitized between speakers.
Masks: We will recommend that all participants wear masks when they are not presenting.
