2024 QPRN annual retreat

You are cordially invited to the 16th Annual Retreat of the Quebec Pain Research Network (QPRN). This event is an ideal opportunity for exchange, discussions and networking between QPRN members, their staff and members of the Quebec Network of Junior Pain Investigators (QNJPI), in an enchanting setting and friendly atmosphere. This retreat will also be an opportunity to discover the new QPRN consortiums set up as part of the network's renewal application.

The QPRN is pleased to announce that it will cover accommodation and food for QPRN members and QNJPI student members. QNJPI members will be required to pay a deposit of $100, which will be reimbursed after their participation. A maximum of five students per laboratory may register, up to a maximum of 100 participants. All QNJPI members must submit an abstract in the "Submission" tab . Fourty students will be selected to present a poster, an existing poster may be used if you are selected. In addition, as long as space is available, research professionals, clinical experts and patient partners who wish to participate are welcome, and we invite you to share this invitation with your team. Research professionals, clinical experts and patient partners (who are not already part of a consortium) will be required to cover the costs of their participation at the time of registration.

You'll see in the preliminary program that we have an annual retreat with part of Saturday and Sunday afternoon free if you'd like to take advantage of the activities that the Delta Mont Sainte-Anne offers. Further information can be found in the "Additional information" tab.

This year, spouses of QPRN regular and associate members are invited to join us for all meals, at the member's expense. This option can be added at the time of registration.

To ensure the success of this event, we ask you to register no later than Friday, October 27th, 2023. As space is limited, we encourage you to register early.

* As the costs of the event are fully covered by the QPRN, we consider your registration as a commitment to participate in the retreat. In the event of partial or complete cancellation of your participation, the QPRN reserves the right to invoice you for the cancellation fees charged by the hotel.
