Please find participant posters here. Please note that you may join for the live ePoster chat session (6 p.m. E.T.) or view posters at your convenience from Friday, May 5^th through Friday, May 19^th.

If you plan to attend online

All virtual events will be held in Zoom. Please ensure that you are running the new versions of the Zoom desktop client and/or mobile app to receive the best video and audio experience. You can check which version you're currently running for video conferencing here.

Please navigate to the Research Symposium platform and log in using your credentials.

Go to the “Schedule” tab to view the scheduled events for the day.

Click on the event you are interested in attending and select “Join Livestream” at the event start time. This will open up a Zoom window for the session.

If you are attending the Virtual Poster Session, you will enter the lobby area. You will then be able to select a breakout room for each presenter to ask questions. To switch to another breakout room, you will need to come back to the main lobby area.

If you plan to attend in person

All in-person events will be held on the Homewood Campus (Shaffer Hall 3) on Friday, May 5, 2023, starting at 3:00 p.m. E.T.

Please navigate to the Research Symposium platform and log in using your credentials.

Go to the “Schedule” tab to view the scheduled events for the day.

The alumni panel and career session will be streamed into the auditorium. In person attendees can also ask questions during the Q&A session.

During the networking breaks, on-campus student attendees will present their posters on the projector screen in the auditorium and will take Q&A. Each presenter will get 10 minutes total for their presentation and Q&A.

For the Virtual Poster Session, you will need to participate online; therefore, you may choose to bring a device to participate or leave after the second networking session (5:30 – 6 p.m. ET). The auditorium will be available until 8:00 p.m. ET.
