Abstract submission deadline: November 22, 2021

All Centre SÈVE students and postdoctoral fellows are invited to give a poster presentation of their research project.

• The themes of the presentations must be related to the research axes of Centre SÈVE
  
• The accepted languages of presentation are French and English and abstracts can be submitted in both languages
  Abstracts must be of 200 words maximum (title and authors not included)
  
• Limit on the number of abstract submissions: 100
  
• Only one poster allowed per participant
  
• Participants presenting a poster must be present for the full duration of both virtual sessions, in order to maximize meaningful interaction and discussion around their research projects

Poster format

• Participants may submit their poster in image format (.gif, .png, .jpeg, .jpg)
  
• participants can upload several figures, each with a description (.gif, .png, .jpeg, .jpg)
  
• some slides to present the main results can be uploaded (.ppt, .pptx)
  
• deadline for uploading the final material: November 26, 2021

Prizes will be offered for the best scientific posters.
