This conference is accredited through the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). Certificates of participation will be issued to all registered attendees following the conference, which you may use to claim continuing professional development (CPD) credit through your local accrediting body.
Yes. You may submit an abstract for an oral presentation, panel discussion, poster presentation, and/or emerging researcher scholarship during the open call for submissions.

Funding for travel and accommodations to attend the conference is limited to selected winners of an Emerging Researcher Travel Grant. Visit the 'Submission Guidelines' page for more details.
The Kenya Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) is mandatory for all foreign visitors. Passport holders from the following EAC countries are exempted from applying to an eTA: Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda.

Upon arrival in Kenya, you may be required to show proof of the following:
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate or negative COVID-19 test results conducted within 72 hours before departure regardless of the route of entry. Children below the age of five (5) years are exempt from this requirement.
- If unvaccinated and no proof of Negative PCR test certificate, travelers arriving at any point of entry shall be subjected to rapid antigen test at their own cost of 30 USD. Any person who tests positive on antigen RDT will be subjected to PCR test at their own further cost of 50 USD and self-isolate.
- International certificate of vaccination or prophylaxis (ICVP) (yellow fever certificate) if coming from yellow fever endemic countries.
