The Local American Physician Scientists Association (APSA) Chapter at the University of Florida and the Center of Undergraduate Research Board of Students (CURBS) is happy to welcome you to our first APSA x CURBS Research Symposium! Here you will find more information about the event, the speakers and the schedule.
The APSA x CURBS Research Symposium offers a unique opportunity for students to present their research in a professional setting, gain valuable experience in delivering research presentations, and receive constructive feedback from peers and mentors. This small-scale symposium is designed for students looking to develop their presentation skills and gain confidence in communicating complex research findings to an audience.
Participants who have registered to present will share their research projects, spanning a variety of scientific and medical topics, fostering a collaborative learning environment. You may register for the event through the registration form. For any presenters, please use the submission form to provide us with your abstracts directly through this website.
Dress code is Business Casual for all who attend and present. PLEASE bring your printed poster to the event, you may utilize plotter printing services on campus. A good budget option is in the Marston Library Basement, you may contact alvinwu@ufl.edu if you require assistance. There will be pin-up boards at the event to display your poster, we should expect to begin poster breakdown at 6:30 PM.

Important Dates
All participants may register up until April 1st at 5:00PM EST.
All presenters must submit their abstracts by March 28th 11:59PM EST.
The event will occur on April 2nd from 5:00PM - 7:00PM EST.
