The Holiday Inn Hotel is located a short drive from St. John’s International airport and only 4 minute drive (2 km) to Memorial University campus. 60 rooms of various types are blocked for the conference attendees until Friday, Dec. 20 (this cut-off date will be extended if the rooms continue to be reserved by the participants).

Attendees should identify as part of AUPAC 2025 Group to get a special rate of $139.00 (non-commissionable) for a guest room with either 1 king or 2 queen beds (plus tax: HST 15%; DMF 4% and MSF 3.5%). Each room can accommodate 2 guests.

In case you need to cancel your reservation, this should be done at least 48 hours before the arrival date.

A charter bus will transport the attendees between the hotel and the MUN campus during the conference.
