** The meeting will start with the Keynote talks, on Sunday evening, March 23, 2025, and will finish with breakfast in the morning of March 27, 2025.

A registration desk will be open:

Sunday, March 23, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the Max Bell Central Foyer

Monday, March 24, Tuesday, March 25, and Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Max Bell Central Foyer

Presentations

All scientific sessions and poster presentations will be held in the Banff Centre for Conferences:

Oral presentations will take place in the Max Bell Auditorium.

Poster presentations will be held in rooms Max Bell (MB) 251, 252 & 253 on Monday and Tuesday afternoons from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Nutrition breaks will be held outside the poster presentation rooms at 10:00 a.m.

Instructions for Poster Presentations

Posters can be mounted on assigned boards (as listed below) at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 23, and can remain posted until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26, after which poster boards will be dismantled.

Recommended (and maximum) poster sizes:

Portrait: 4 ft (48 in) tall x 3 ft (36 in) wide
Landscape: 3 ft (36 in) tall x 4 ft (48 in) wide

All poster abstracts will be included in the poster session.

POSTER PRESENTERS SHOULD BE AT THEIR POSTER FROM 3:00 P.M. TO 5:30 P.M. ON BOTH DAYS

Meals

Breakfasts, lunches and dinners will be served in the Vistas Dining Room on the 4^th floor of the Sally Borden Building. The banquet on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, will be held in the Dining Room of the Husky Great Hall (KC 303). You will be identified by your conference badge.
