Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation of your registration, the following costs will be retained:

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the activity: 8% of the registration fees will be retained;

• Cancellation less than 30 days before the activity: 25% of the registration fees will be retained;

• No reimbursement during or after the activity.
