What are the event timings?
Onsite registration will open at 07.30 on Thursday 2nd May, please collect your delegate badge from the registration desk before joining the sessions.
Sessions will begin on day 1 at 08.00 and will begin on day 2 at 08.30.
Sessions will conclude on day 1 at 17.00. The conference will close on day two at 17.20.
Where can I view the agenda?
We will add an up-to-date, full agenda of the conference once it is finalised.
How can I get to ICC Belfast?
ICC Belfast is located at the heart of Belfast. The conference centre is within walking distance of all major city centre attractions and accommodation.

Is there parking at ICC Belfast?

Will refreshments and lunch be provided?
Yes. Refreshments and a light lunch will be offered, and there will be a conference dinner on the Thursday - if attending, please indicate your dietary requirements when you register for the conference.
Is BSGE ASM 2024 free to attend?
No. There is an attendance fee to attend BSGE ASM 2024 when you pre-register to attend. Come and join us!
Who is the conference designed for?
The BSGE ASM 2024 is designed for medical professionals, students and those with a vested interest in the work of the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy. There will be discussions around and
sessions covering topics such as endometriosis, fertility, ectopic pregnancy, best practice and robotic surgery in benign gynaecology. All are welcome!

Do I need to register for particular sessions as part of the registration process?
You do not need to register for individual sessions, but there are pre-congress workshops available to book. When registering for the conference, you will be able to view these sessions and book onto the sessions that you wish to attend. Please follow the link here to the registration page.
Please note that registering for a pre-congress workshop does not give you access to ASM24
Will there be any social networking events at BSGE ASM 2024?

The Titanic Museum Belfast
Included in the price - there will be the option to tour the galleries at the Titanic Museum before the drinks reception and dinner. The galleries will be open from 18.30 with last entry at 19.15. If you do not wish to attend the tour, you can arrive for the drinks reception at 19.30 with the dinner being served at 20.00.
Can I register onsite?
Yes you will be able to register on-site, but we recommend pre-registering online to benefit from a discounted registration fee.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for BSGE ASM 2024 is business casual. The dress code for the gala dinner is black tie.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there will be a cloakroom to store bags and coats in the registration hall.
