When you arrive between 8h-8h30, present yourself at the reception table of the symposium.
- We will verify your registration.
- We will give you a pass which will allow you to cross the greenhouses of the botanical garden (on presentation of the pass to the quichets of the garden) in order to go to the amphitheatres of the biodiversity center.
- We will show you the access to the Henry-Teucher amphitheaters where the course of the day will be explained to you.
Check-In
Between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Go to the reception greenhouse of the botanical garden to:
- Check your registration and Covid-19 information
- Obtain a stamp to pass through the greenhouses of the Garden
- Get informations about the symposium
- Ask your questions to the organizers
After 9 a.m.
Go to B-354 (coffee table of the Auditorium Henry-Teusher).
