This email is the confirmation for your enrollment to the 3rd Annual Cardiovascual & Cerebrovascular Symposium, scheduled to occur on Septemeber 28, 2023. For updates to the program, please visit the conference website.

Accessing the Symposium Password Protected Site: In order to gain access to areas of the site only made available to registrants, we require you to activate your account and create a password. In the event you have previously registered with us, you may be required to reset an old password.

Once signed in, you will see a new tab titled “Conference Resources” which will hold the WebEx meeting link for those attending virtually, copies of presentations, and any additional content we would like to share with our attendees. All information will be uploaded just before the conference.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that a participant needs to withdraw from the program after registering, a cancellation administration fee will be applied. Please see below for cancellation deadlines and associated fees:

up-to September 8th: $15.00

September 9th to September 20th: $25.00

September 21st to September 28th: No Refund
