Equipment needed: Notebook & pencil Take a walk outside - or simply look out your window. Pick a direction to look towards. It can be on the ground, in the sky or anywhere between. By limiting your focus to this one spot what did you notice? Draw what you see in your field book. What do you appreciate about what you saw? Can you touch what you see? What does it feel like? Jot these down in your notebook.

Equipment needed: Notebook & pencil Find a place to sit or stand outside - even if it's just outside your door. Close your eyes. Now take a deep breath through your nose. What do you smell? What do these smells make you think of? Jot these down in your notebook.
