Presentation guidelines are as follows:
Poster Presentations:
Poster dimensions should be 3 x 4 feet. Posters will be hung all day; with a 25 minute viewing period.

Podium Presentation:
Podium presentations will be 12 minutes (10 minutes + 2 minutes for questions).

Workshops:
Workshops will be 45 minutes in length and must plan for a question period within that 45 minutes of at least 5 minutes. If you have been accepted for a Workshop presentation, you are responsible for notifying our team (chyds@brocku.ca) by April 5th any requirements you need for your workshop (e.g., handouts, media).

Panel Discussion:
Panel discussions will be 60 minutes in duration (45 minutes + 15 minutes for questions). Each panel will need to provide a moderator.
