Trainees will have two (2) 15-minute Q&A sessions with two different mentors. Mentors will arrive at their first table and then after 15 minutes, will move to their second table.

Discuss how academic culture contributes to our notions of what it means to be resilient;3. Experience a real time mindfulness exercise to build self-awareness
