Poster Presentations

  • After your registration, your name will be added to the official event program.

  • A few days before the event, the program will be made public on the event's website. This is when you will find the details regarding your poster presentation (date, time, and location). Presentations will take place on April 15 and 16, 2025.

  • Posters must follow the format below:

    • Width: 42 inches

    • Height: 60 inches

    • Portrait orientation

  • We recommend using sans-serif fonts.

  • Focus on the relevance of the content rather than aesthetics.

  • We encourage you to include the title of your presentation, a brief introduction, the methods used, results (in the form of graphs, images, tables, etc.), conclusions, and your name.

  • To create your poster, it is generally advised to use PowerPoint. You can adjust the slide size to the dimensions needed for printing.

  • You must have your poster printed in large format before arriving at the international conference.

  • On the morning of your presentation, at 10:15 AM, you will be able to set up your poster in the room indicated in the program.

  • We invite you to upload a copy of your poster from the event’s website.
