Registration fee
- Doctors | 200 $
- Health professionnals | 100 $
- Residents, fellow, students | 50 $
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the following fees will be applied:
- Cancellation before or May 4th, 2021 : 15% of registration fee
- Cancellation after May 4th, 2021: 50 % of registration fee
- No refund on or after the day of the event
